SINH HOẠT TỔ CHUYÊN MÔN THEO HƯỚNG NGHIÊN CỨU BÀI HỌC
Thực hiện Kế hoạch tổ chuyên môn, được sự chỉ đạo sát sao của Ban giám hiệu, ngày 24/09/2026, tổ chuyên môn khối 4 – 5 và nhóm giáo viên Tiếng anh thực hiện sinh hoạt chuyên môn theo hướng Nghiên cứu bài học để chia sẻ, rút kinh nghiệm sau tiết dạy. Đây là hoạt động chuyên môn giúp tháo gỡ những vướng mắc trong dạy và học nhằm nâng cao chất lượng dạy học.
Trước đó, ngày 17/9/ 2026 nhóm giáo viên Tiếng anh đã sinh hoạt nghiên cứu và xây dựng kế hoạch chuyên đề “Nâng cao chất lượng dạy học thông qua hoạt động trò chơi” môn Tiếng Anh lớp 5. Ngày 24/09/2026, tổ 4 – 5 và nhóm giáo viên Tiếng anh đã tổ chức thành công tiết dạy “Unit 2: Our homes. Lesson 1(period 1)”, do cô giáo Nguyễn Thị Xuân thực hiện. Tiết học được xây dựng bám sát yêu cầu cần đạt của chương trình, chú trọng phát triển năng lực và phẩm chất cho học sinh. Giáo viên đã chia sẻ cách lựa chọn, thiết kế và tổ chức trò chơi sao cho phù hợp với mục tiêu bài học, trình độ học sinh và thời lượng tiết dạy. Các hoạt động được xây dựng theo hướng tăng cường sự tham gia của học sinh, khuyến khích các em hợp tác, giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh và mạnh dạn thể hiện bản thân.
Qua buổi sinh hoạt, giáo viên nhận thấy trò chơi không chỉ tạo không khí lớp học vui vẻ, sôi nổi mà còn góp phần tăng động lực học tập, củng cố kiến thức và phát triển năng lực cho học sinh. Đây cũng là cơ hội để giáo viên chia sẻ kinh nghiệm, học hỏi lẫn nhau và vận dụng linh hoạt các phương pháp dạy học tích cực vào thực tế.
Buổi sinh hoạt chuyên môn đã diễn ra trong không khí sôi nổi, thiết thực và hiệu quả, góp phần nâng cao chất lượng dạy và học môn Tiếng Anh, hướng tới mục tiêu đưa Tiếng anh trở thành ngôn ngữ thứ 2 trong trường học.

Following the professional development plan of the subject team and under the close guidance of the School Board of Management, on September 24, 2026, the Grade 4–5 professional team, in collaboration with the English teaching team, organized a professional development meeting through the Lesson Study approach. The meeting focused on sharing teaching experiences, discussing classroom practices, and reflecting on the observed lesson. This meaningful professional activity aimed to address challenges in teaching and learning and contribute to improving the quality of education.
Previously, on September 17, 2026, the English teaching team held a professional meeting to study and develop the thematic lesson “Improving the Quality of Teaching and Learning through Learning Games” for Grade 5 English. The theme focused on effectively using learning games as a means of creating a positive learning environment, promoting students’ active participation, and enhancing their engagement in English lessons.
On September 24, 2026, the Grade 4–5 professional team and the English teaching team successfully conducted the demonstration lesson “Unit 2: Our Homes – Lesson 1 (Period 1)”, taught by Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan.
The lesson was designed in accordance with the learning outcomes of the curriculum, with a strong focus on developing students’ qualities and competencies. During the lesson, the teacher shared and applied flexible ways to select, design, and organize learning games appropriate to the lesson objectives, students’ proficiency levels, and the available teaching time.
The activities were designed with a student-centered approach, providing students with more opportunities to participate, cooperate, communicate in English, and confidently express themselves. Through learning games, students were able to reinforce vocabulary and language knowledge naturally while learning in an enjoyable and engaging atmosphere.
Through the professional development meeting, the teachers recognized that learning games not only create a joyful and lively classroom atmosphere but also increase students’ interest and motivation, reinforce their knowledge, and develop their communication skills. The meeting also provided a valuable opportunity for teachers to observe and reflect on students’ learning activities, share experiences, learn from one another, and apply active teaching methods flexibly in their own classrooms.
The professional development meeting took place in a lively, open, practical, and effective atmosphere. The activity not only contributed to improving teachers’ professional knowledge and teaching skills but also helped enhance the quality of English teaching and learning, gradually building an English-speaking environment at school and working towards the goal of making English a second language in the school environment.
